• HOW DO I KNOW MY HEAD SIZE?

Your head size will be the circumference(1) of your head.

SMALL 21-21.5

• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?

Normally it would take 2-5 business days for ready to ship only, not including the weekend.

• HOW LONG WILL MY WIG LAST?

With proper care and love, your wig can last you well over 5 years, replace the lace pieces as needed and trim the ends over time!

• CAN I STRAIGHTEN A CURLY WIG?

Yes, you can add heat to our curly bundles and it will not damage the curl pattern.

• HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE IN A WIG?

Wigs that are 8"-12" normally have 2 or 2 1/2 bundles. Wigs that are 14"-30" have 3 or sometimes 4, when its 4 bundles it will be stated in the description. Anything higher than 30" will have 4-6 bundles.

• WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VIRGIN AND RAW HAIR?

Both are human hair extensions; however, raw hair has not been altered. Virgin hair has been steamed processed to give its texture ie deep wave, loose wave etc. Raw hair has not been steamed processed or chemically altered in any way and will behave just like human hairgrowing out of your hair.

Our virgin hair is Brazilian, can lift to #613 and 1 donor.

Our raw hair is Southeast Asian, can lift to #613 and #60, 1 donor and double drawn.

• WHATS THE BUDGET HAIR?

The budget wigs are made with Vietnamese hair. The wefts are double drawn, full ends, can lift to #27 and has 2 donors. There’s also a slight tangle and some shedding that the factory is working on improving.

• CAN I SEND IN MY WIG I PURCHASED FROM YOU TO GET A CLOSURE REPLACEMENT?

Yes! Just send over an email and we will get your order drafted and invoice sent out as soon as possible.

• CAN I SEND IN MY WIG FOR RECOLORING SERVICES IF IM NOT SATISFIED?

Yes! Please send over pictures describing what it is you don’t like and I can get the wig recolored or even replaced depending on what’s in stock on hand. Sometimes it is hard to remake the exact same wig even following the same formula but I do my best to replicate every wig as close as possible.
